About the Role
As a key member of our asset protection team, you will provide a manned security overlay, ensuring a safe environment for staff, visitors, and the public. You will be the face of the site, building robust relationships with internal stakeholders and managing public interactions with professionalism and poise.
Your duties will include:
- Asset Protection:
Maintaining a safe and secure environment for all site users.
- Active Monitoring: Observing and reporting on all activities related to site safety.
- Policy Enforcement: Firmly but politely enforcing site rules, including moving people on when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed logs, completing paperwork, and using computer systems for data entry.
- Customer Service: Providing directions, information, and explaining policies to contractors and customers.
- Site Expertise: Developing a deep understanding of the asset, including access routes and permit requirements.
