Meriton in Brisbane is seeking a proactive Building Manager to own a residential building. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring the building is well presented, compliant and efficiently run, and act as the on-site point of contact for residents and contractors.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years’ experience in building or property management, a sound knowledge of Body Corporate and strata processes, and solid communication and problem-solving skills.
