The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a driven commercial litigator (around 3 to 8 years pae) to join their thriving Dispute Resolution team.

In this position, you will work directly alongside well respected partners recognised for their calm handling of complex matters. The partners at this firm focus on early intervention and commercial strategy.

This role offers high-visibility role offering genuine mentorship, direct client contact, and the autonomy to manage a diverse, high-stakes caseload.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage and assist on a diverse spectrum of corporate and commercial disputes, including regulatory investigations, defects claims, insolvency related litigation.
- Draft pleadings, witness statement, advices, and other court documents.
- Advise clients on risk management, early dispute intervention, and strategic dispute resolution methods.
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and expert determinations.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with the firm's diverse client base.

About You

- Experience: 3 to 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) specializing in commercial litigation and dispute resolution within a reputable practice.
- Technical Strength: Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Commercial Acumen: A practical, client-first approach to resolving disputes and minimizing commercial disruption.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the confidence to engage directly with clients and counsel.
