M and K Concrete Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Bobcat/Excavator Combo Operator to join our team in Kingsholme, QLD. This is a full time position where you will operate and maintain both Bobcat and excavator equipment on various construction and concrete projects. As a key member of our plant and machinery operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Your expertise in handling multiple pieces of equipment will be essential to our day-to-day operations and project success.

Key responsibilities

Operate Bobcat loaders and excavators safely and efficiently on construction and concrete projects

Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance to ensure all machinery is in optimal working condition

Follow all workplace health and safety protocols and site-specific procedures

Communicate effectively with site supervisors, crane operators and other team members to coordinate equipment movements and project activities

Manage site materials, stockpiles and debris with precision and care

Operate equipment within manufacturer specifications and company guidelines

Report equipment faults or damage immediately and assist with remedial actions

Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and hours worked

Support site preparation, excavation and material handling tasks as required

What we're looking for

Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence

Current Bobcat and excavator operator licence or certification





Proven experience operating Bobcat loaders and excavators in construction or concrete environments

Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and a demonstrated commitment to safe work practices

Ability to read site plans and understand project requirements

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor conditions

Reliability and punctuality

Willingness to undertake additional training and upskilling opportunities
