Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily performance of last-mile (cartage) vendors, monitor key KPIs such as on-time delivery, delivery success rate, and POD return rate, and proactively identify gaps to drive performance improvement
- Coordinate delivery bookings and appointment scheduling with vendors and customers to ensure timely and efficient dispatch, particularly for B2B delivery requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate collection of POD (Proof of Delivery), maintain proper records in line with internal and customer requirements, and follow up on missing or incorrect documentation
- Handle delivery exceptions, delays, and operational issues, working closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve problems and minimise service impact
- Support monthly vendor invoice verification and reconciliation by cross-checking delivery records, service rates, and billing accuracy, and assist in resolving discrepancies with vendors and finance teams
- Maintain effective communication with vendors as a key coordination point, supporting ongoing vendor relationship management to ensure reliable and consistent service quality

Requirements

- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport operations preferred
- Exposure to last-mile delivery, cartage, or vendor coordination is highly regarded
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Good data handling ability, with Excel skills preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus
- High attention to detail, especially in KPI tracking and billing accuracy
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is highly preferred due to frequent communication with HQ and regional teams.
