About the Role

As Learning & Development Manager, Sydney Airport you are accountable for workforce readiness across Certis’ Sydney Airport portfolio through translating legislation, airport requirements and operational realities into high-quality training, accreditation and coaching—ensuring every employee is compliant, capable and audit-ready each shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead training governance aligned to CISC, Aviation Screening Notice 2025, ATS Act and RTO standards
- Manage learning Management System (Moodle) as single source of truth – ensuring audit traceability and compliance
- Enforce pre-roster competency gate – no deployment without current accreditation
- Lead induction, recurrent training and CPD programs
- Execute internal and external audits (CISC, ASQA, Sydney Airport)
- Drive data-led improvement using LMS and operational insights
- Lead training, coaching and scheduling teams

About You





- Must have Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent
- Experience leading training and accreditation in regulated environments
- Strong audit, compliance and RTO framework capability
- Expertise in assessment integrity and document control
- Robust stakeholder engagement with regulators and operations
