We are now seeking a detail-oriented and motivated team member to support our growing immigration services provider.

About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Migration Agent to join our growing migration practice. This is an in-house, full-time role based in Sydney/ Parramatta, suited to an agent who is keen to strengthen their technical capability and grow alongside a developing business.

The role provides the prospect to work closely with the Directors, gain exposure to a broad range of migration matters, and develop professionally within a supportive and ethical environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Assess client eligibility and develop tailored visa strategies
- Provide immigration advice across Partner, Skilled, and Employer Sponsored visas and AAT review matters
- Prepare and lodge visa applications in accordance with legislative and policy requirements




- Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and relevant assessing bodies
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records
- Stay up to date with migration legislation, policy, and procedural changes
- Ensure strict compliance with the MARA Code of Conduct
- Communicate clearly with clients, explaining processes, risks and timelines

Requirements

- Current MARA registration (mandatory)
- Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Registered Migration Agent
- Exposure to Partner, Skilled, and Employer Sponsored visas preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with LEGENDcom, DoHA portals, and Microsoft Office
- Professional indemnity insurance
