Studio Mondo is searching for an eCom & Content Producer to produce eCommerce content for a range of exciting brands and work on creative advertising projects - working primarily in the fashion retail industry. The role is full time and based in our Waterloo studios.

The eCom component of the role is the link between Mondo and our clients ensuring the smooth flow of products, data and imagery through the production process. The role is responsible for coordinating shoot teams and the required resources to execute shoots and related content ensuring adherence to guidelines.

The role includes the following:

- Managing the receipt of products
- Managing the associated data and logistics
- Shoot production including managing the coordination of content teams
- Overseeing copywriting and product enrichment
- Managing the post production of the imagery including quality assurance of images supplied by our retouching partners and suppliers
- Adherence to style guides
- Maintaining all relevant documentation
- Working with image databases, systems and shoot computers.
- Maintaining our level of Client Service Excellence.

In the creative production part of the role, you’ll be involved in all aspects of production from quoting through to invoicing - managing a great team along the way.



You will be working across a wide variety of jobs - including high quality product and advertising photography and video, and a variety of other creative work across many styles and media.

Our producers are the face of Mondo to our clients, and you’ll need to be organised, take initiative, energetic, self motivated, and able to complete tasks. Other elements of the job include Account Management and responsibilities in Marketing and Business Development.

What are we looking for?

- You must be detail oriented and able to quickly find and resolve problems
- Able to work autonomously but also a team player
- Experience in fashion stills and video production - eCom and creative content is a bonus
- Experience in marketing and business development
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Understanding of imagery and positive eye for quality
- Someone with a can-do attitude who is happy to go above and beyond for the client.
- Comfortable with Excel and have the ability to learn systems associated with our processes.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work with the team to kick goals everyday!
