We are seeking an Service Assistant Manager with previous leadership or supervisory experience to lead our Service Team.

You’ll need a cool head plus a knack for organising and getting on with people, as you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our busy Service Department.

This involves supervising our entire Service Team to ensure the workshop is operating at optimum capacity, and that all our KPI's are being achieved.

Did we mention getting on with people? To succeed, our Assistant Service Manager will need to embody our Dealership values,



inspiring all those around them and displaying a genuine passion for exceeding our customer's expectations with the best possible service.

You may be surprised that while they are desirable, automotive mechanic qualifications are not necessary for this role, but a thorough knowledge of automotive service techniques, administration skills and a high attention to detailare essential.
