Role
As a Principal Psychologist, you will lead a team of psychologists delivering clinical and organisational psychology services.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Oversee a small team of provisional, registered, and clinical psychologists.
- Provide guidance, support & mentorship, assisting in performance management, career progression, and business operations.
Clinical Expertship
- Facilitate and participate in clinical supervision of client caseload as needed, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered.
- Undertake quality assurance activities to maintain and improve service delivery excellence.
Psychological Service Delivery
- Provide psychological services to a caseload of clients and customers by delivering evidence‑based interventions and therapeutic support, including Employee Assistance Program counselling, onsite and critical incident attendance, private/Medicare rebated counselling, compensation scheme work, multidisciplinary interventions, and psychological assessment.

About You
- Psychologist with full registration with AHPRA.
- Experience leading a team and supporting psychologists.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Ability to obtain a national police check.
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
