Duties: Working in a team of 20+ staff, this role will support an experienced Asset Management team and also provide Trust Accounts support. Tasks will include:
- Provide administrative support to asset managers, including handling accounts queries and real estate documentation
- Track and manage critical dates across property portfolios
- Prepare leasing packages and client correspondence
- Compile monthly reports on business performance and statistics
- Take minutes and prepare documentation for team meetings
- Submit,
verify, and approve invoices
Specific requirements: We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented team player with:
- Understanding of bookkeeping principles
- High attention to detail, especially in data and financial entry
- Computer literate (ideally in Excel, Word and Cirrus8)
- A current Real Estate License or Certificate (or wiling to get one)
- Good longevity demonstrated in previous roles
