About the Role

You'll own the finance process end-to-end, working with a varied client base to source and structure asset finance solutions. You'll cultivate lasting relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners, while spotting opportunities to grow your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the asset finance process from initial enquiry through to settlement.
- Structure finance solutions across a broad range of asset classes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and existing relationships.
- Assess clients' financial needs and recommend suitable lending solutions.
- Negotiate with lenders to secure competitive outcomes for clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate client records and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the finance journey.

About You





You're an experienced asset finance professional who takes pride in helping clients reach their goals while providing a high standard of service.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Proven experience as an Asset Finance Broker or Business Finance Broker.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and consumer asset finance products.
- Established lender relationships and the ability to structure complex finance applications.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A robust sales and customer service mindset.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Preferred

- Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent).
- Membership with MFAA or FBAA (or eligibility to obtain membership).
