Tandem Partners is assisting a large, values-driven organisation with a short-term People Solutions Advisor contract. You will support HR advisory, employee relations, and case management across a rapid-paced environment, reporting to the People Solutions and Experience Manager.
You will partner with leaders, manage HR administration, and use SAP SuccessFactors for workforce data accuracy, while navigating Australian employment law and workplace compliance.
