About the Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

- Develop and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF/MTOP)

- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing through intentional teaching practices

- Observe, assess, and document children's progress

- Build strong partnerships with children, families, and the wider community

- Mentor and support educators within the teaching team

- Contribute to continuous quality improvement and National Quality Standards (NQS) outcomes

- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

- Lead and mentor educators to deliver high-quality education and care.

- Support compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.

- Maintain high standards across the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards.

- Assist with rostering, staffing and day-to-day service operations.

- Build positive relationships with children, families and the local community.

- Support staff development through coaching and mentoring.





- Contribute to Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) implementation.

- Assist with enrolments, tours and family engagement.

- Ensure a safe, welcoming and inclusive learning environment.

- Work collaboratively with the Approved Provider on continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor/master of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification)

- Current Teacher Registration (or eligibility to obtain)

- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates

- Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and child development

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- A genuine passion for early childhood education

- Some experience in management support and compliance desirable but not necessary
