We're looking for a hands-on Senior Digital Commerce & Systems Specialist to take ownership of our digital ecosystem, including our Commerce Vision B2B website, Shopify B2C website and HubSpot CRM.

Working directly with the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for building, maintaining and continuously improving our websites, optimising customer experience, managing HubSpot and ensuring all digital platforms integrate seamlessly. This is a practical, execution-focused role where you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the business.

What You'll Be Doing

- Own the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our Commerce Vision B2B website and Shopify B2C website.
- Improve website UX, navigation, customer journeys and conversion performance.
- Build new website pages, landing pages and reusable templates for campaigns and ongoing business needs.
- Customise and maintain existing website templates, themes and CMS components.
- Manage products, pricing, collections, promotions and content across both ecommerce platforms.
- Administer and optimise HubSpot, including CRM management, workflows, automations, forms, reporting and sales pipelines.
- Ensure HubSpot effectively supports both the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Manage integrations between Commerce Vision, Shopify, HubSpot and ERP systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work with external developers where required.
- Monitor website performance,



analytics and SEO, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Recommend and implement current functionality, automation and digital solutions that improve customer experience and business efficiency.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, improving digital platforms and taking ownership. You won't wait to be told what needs fixing—you'll identify opportunities and implement practical solutions that make a real difference.

- Minimum 5 years' experience managing ecommerce websites and digital platforms.
- Strong experience with Shopify.
- Experience with Commerce Vision or similar enterprise B2B ecommerce platforms.
- Experience building website pages, landing pages and reusable templates.
- Ability to customise existing website themes and templates.
- Strong understanding of UX, responsive design and customer journey optimisation.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations and ERP-connected ecommerce platforms.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Highly Regarded

- Experience with Shopify Liquid.
- Experience with Commerce Vision development.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, MYOB or Pronto.
- SEO and technical SEO experience.
- Experience within healthcare, medical or B2B industries.
