We’re looking for a commercially minded leader to drive performance, lead a high-performing team, and help shape the next phase of the practice’s success.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Build, lead, and sustain a high-performing team culture that drives accountability, engagement, and patient outcomes

- With support from your Regional Manager, own practice performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency

- In partnership with your Orthodontist, lead the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and an exceptional patient experience

- Partner with Smile Partners leadership to implement strategic initiatives and optimise performance

- Take local ownership of the patient journey, ensuring strong lead management, conversion, and overall satisfaction

- Manage people and performance, including rostering, development, and engagement

- Ensure compliance and clinical standards are consistently met

- Consistently strong patient experience and conversion outcomes

- A well-run practice meeting or exceeding targets

- Strong alignment between clinical and operational leadership

- Continuous improvement in systems, efficiency, and performance

- Ability to identify performance opportunities and proactively problem solve

- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, targets, and performance metrics

- A confident people leader who can coach, influence, and drive accountability
