Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced and skilled ICT Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to analyse business requirements, improve IT processes, and deliver effective technology solutions that support business operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Consulting with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges and technology requirements.
- Gathering, documenting and analysing business and user requirements for IT solutions, including cloud services, managed IT services and business applications.
- Analysing existing business processes, workflows and IT systems to identify improvement opportunities and recommend technology solutions.
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications, system requirements and technical documentation.




- Preparing business requirement documents, process maps and system documentation to support IT solution delivery.
- Collaborating with project managers, developers, engineers and clients to design, implement and deliver effective technology solutions.
- Supporting the implementation, testing and deployment of current systems, cloud solutions and system upgrades.
- Assisting with user acceptance testing, troubleshooting and post-implementation reviews to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Performing data analysis and preparing reports to support business decisions and continuous improvement of IT environments.
- Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to support ongoing optimisation of client technology solutions.

Skills and Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or higher
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as an ICT Business Analyst or in a similar business analysis role.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and system documentation.
- Experience with IT infrastructure, cloud services, managed IT services or technology consulting environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of system implementation processes, software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
