We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman / Property Maintenance Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role involving a variety of property maintenance and repair works across commercial and residential properties.

Job Summary

Full time Handyman/Property Maintenance role across Brisbane. Flexible roster, paid breaks, overtime available.

About the Role

- General property maintenance and repair work
- Interior and exterior painting
- Basic carpentry and repairs
- Minor plastering and patching
- General handyman tasks
- Site inspections and maintenance reporting
- Full-time position with ongoing work
- Ability to complete your 40-hour week across 4 days
- Paid lunch breaks




- Optional overtime and weekend work available

Essential Requirements

- Previous handyman, maintenance, trade assistant, or property maintenance experience
- Experience using hand and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- Current Driver Licence
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

Preferred but Not Essential

- White Card
- Basic carpentry experience
- Painting experience
- Maintenance experience across commercial properties
- MR Truck Licence (or higher)
- Trade qualifications or apprenticeships
