The Role

This is a structured cleaning role, where you will follow clear systems and checklists to deliver consistent results in our clients’ homes.

You will be responsible for:

- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas

- Following detailed cleaning checklists

- Maintaining high attention to detail

- Working independently once trained

- Representing the company professionally in clients’ homes

Work Schedule

- Monday to Friday

- Approx. 9:00am – 5:00pm

- No nights or weekends

- Consistent weekly schedule

Requirements

- Driver’s license and own car (essential)

- Ability to travel between jobs in the Hills District

- Comfortable with physical cleaning work

- Good communication and presentation

- Starting rate: $33.85 per hour (higher pay available based on performance)

- 12% superannuation ,99c per km travel allowance
