Community Restorative Centre (CRC) in Sydney is seeking a Transition Worker to deliver holistic case management for women impacted by homelessness and the criminal justice system. Based in Canterbury, you will work within our Inner-City Women’s Transitional Service with a supportive team and program manager guiding outreach and throughcare planning.

You will provide practical and psychosocial supports, build community connections, and coordinate pre- and post-release outreach.
