About the Position
Currently an chance exists for a Project Manager to oversee multiresidential townhouse projects on predominantly KDRB sites.
This is predominantly an office-based position and has a focus on project planning, reviewing documentation, programming, detailing ensuring projects are fully prepared before construction reaches site.
Responsibilities include:
- Review architectural and construction plans.
- Identify missing details and resolve documentation issues before construction.
- Develop construction programs and sequencing.
- Coordinate procurement and construction orders.Work closely with the site foreman to ensure projects are fully planned before site commencement.
- Oversee planning activities alongside Projects Estimator
We are looking for a candidate that can demonstrate the following:
- Experienced Project Manager with multi residential experience
- Experience with residential townhouse projects
- Experience with suspended slab construction and KDRB sites advantageous
- Strong understanding of construction detailing, programming and scheduling
- A candidate from a Site Management into Project Management background preferred
