THE ROLEProperty ManagerIn this role you’ll manage a residential portfolio across Canberra, delivering standout service across the property management lifecycle including routines, maintenance, arrears, and owner relationships. You’ll report to our General Manager directly within a supportive team that moves quickly and does things right.Key responsibilities

- Management of a residential portfolio
- Routine inspections, entry and exit reports, and condition management
- Maintenance coordination including triage, quotes, approvals,



contractor management, and follow‑up
- Rent arrears management with clear communication, action plans, and escalation where required
- Owner communications with updates, recommendations, and an asset‑performance mindset
- Compliance and documentation including notices, renewals, timeframes, and record keeping
- Resolve issues calmly and professionally with tenants, owners, and contractorsTribunal preparation and support when required depending on experience
