What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties while maintaining strong tenant and landlord relationships
- Coordinating maintenance, inspections and repairs with efficiency and care
- Providing landlords with regular updates and professional advice
- Completing administrative and compliance tasks, including lease documentation and reporting
- Delivering exceptional customer service and proactive communication
- Promoting properties and managing the leasing process to achieve excellent occupancy results

What We’re Looking For





- Proven experience in residential property management within the real estate industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities with great attention to detail
- Working knowledge of current legislation and property management compliance
- Confidence using industry software (PropertyMe, Ailo, IRE or similar)
- A genuine passion for creating positive experiences for both owners and tenants
