Boral Asphalt is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our Coffs Harbour operations, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will oversee asphalt manufacturing, contracting and spray seal activities, driving safety, performance and profitability across the region.
You will manage a high-performing team, liaise with customers and internal stakeholders, and champion continuous improvement to deliver successful projects and sustainable growth.
