The successful candidate will step into a stable, positive and supportive environment backed by an experienced local approved provider and team.

Key responsibilities

- - Leadership, mentoring, guiding and inspiring a stable team of educators
- - Compliance, ensuring full adherence to the NQF, Regs and QKFS guidelines
- - Operations – managing the day to day including all usual elements of daily operations
- - Fostering strong team-oriented relationships with families, our fabulous team and the local community
- - Driving a culture of continuous improvement to maintain our high standards across the service.

- - Appropriate qualifications and current required certificates
- - Proven director experience and leadership capacity
- - Knowledge of compliance requirements
