We are seeking expressions of interest from Senior Civil Engineers to join our growing Brisbane team.

In this role, you will contribute to a variety of urban design, infrastructure and development projects across Australia. Working within a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions while mentoring team members and building strong client relationships.

In this role, you will

Prepare and manage civil documentation packages, ensuring quality, compliance with relevant standards, and timely delivery within budget.

Liaise and coordinate with clients, stakeholders, the broader design team, and authorities to resolve design issues and integrate civil works with other disciplines.

Apply a holistic understanding of civil design to meet key project objectives.

Use your initiative and technical knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.

Produce high-quality designs, documentation, specifications, and reports.

Prepare tender responses, including defining scope and pricing for small to medium complexity civil projects.





Grow your skills in staff and client management, risk mitigation, project and financial management.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.

5–8+ years of experience in a consulting, contractor, or developer setting, with experience in high-rise or multi-storey building projects highly regarded.

Strong expertise in the design and coordination of stormwater systems, roads, car parks, pavements, retaining walls, and water and sewer infrastructure.

Demonstrated project management skills with a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Professional registration, chartership, or relevant engineering certifications will be highly regarded.
