A wonderful opportunity to join a passionate team of industry professionals has become available working with a luxury brand of interior flooring. Tailored customer service is at the core of this brand and they are looking for a highly confident and adept Showroom Manager to oversee their award-winning Darlinghurst showroom. This is a role where you will be the face of the NSW team, working with homeowners and design professionals. You will need to be comfortable in a dynamic, multifaceted environment and ready to take ownership of the showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Take primary accountability for the daily operations and development of the showroom
- Maintain the showroom to impeccable standards at all times
- Provide enthusiastic and knowledgeable professional service to clients with timely, effective and accurate responses to quotations and general enquiries
- Support the business development team with showroom consultations, measuring plans and quoting when required




- Coordinate showroom presentations and client entertaining, including catering, AV and client gifting
- Proactively track, follow up and close sales opportunities utilising Salesforce CRM and supporting systems

Skills and Experience

- Retail or customer service experience, ideally within the home design and construction industry
- Understanding of the interior design industry and a passion for design
- Very capable multi-tasker with great attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience with Salesforce, preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, friendly and proactive with attention to detail
