About the Role:

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide person-centered care and support to our residents while working collaboratively with the broader care team. These positions are specifically designed to provide coverage for planned and unplanned staff leave within the home.

Due to the nature of these roles, successful applicants must be available to work across a variety of shifts and days as required.

To be considered for these positions, applicantsmust meet all of the following criteria:

- Minimum 2 years' experience working in residential aged care
- Ability to work 64-76 hours per fortnight
- No restrictions on hours, days, or shift availability
- Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts as required
- Commitment to providing holiday and leave relief across the home
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing)
- National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications (desirable)

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking reliable, adaptable, and compassionate carers who can seamlessly support the home during periods of staff leave. Flexibility and availability are essential, as these roles require team members who can respond to changing roster requirements and provide consistent care coverage throughout the year.
