Australian Facilities Plumbing is seeking an Plumbing Maintenance Operations Supervisor to lead a crew, support field technicians, and own a patch of work. You will mentor staff, assist clients, and drive service quality across NSW.

The role focuses on leadership, hands-on plumbing maintenance, and building robust client relationships, with opportunities to quote small projects and manage projects end-to-end. A NSW plumbing licence and TMV/backflow accreditation are preferred.
