Riverina Directional Drilling & Civil (RDDC) is seeking a motivated and reliable team member to join our growing crew.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or learn about a career in the civil/drilling industry. Experience is an advantage but not essential - we’re happy to train the right person.

About the Role

You’ll work alongside our experienced drilling crews assisting with:

- Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD)
- Civil construction and pit installation
- Site setup and pack down
- Operating machinery (training provided)

As your skills develop, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into operating drilling equipment, vacuum trucks and other specialised machinery.

What We Offer

- Full time casual position with ongoing, secure work
- 10 days on / 4–5 days off roster
- Weekend penalty rates paid when worked during your roster
- All travel, accommodation and meals while working away are fully provided

What We’re Looking For

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors
- Willingness to travel for rostered work
- Construction White Card (or willing to obtain)
- Current driver’s licence (HR-MR licence highly regarded but not essential)
- Reliable, punctual and safety focused
- Ability to work well within a small team

Desirable (but not essential)

- HDD or vacuum excavation experience
- Machinery operating experience
- Traffic Control tickets
- First Aid certificate
