We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional homes with meticulous attention to detail, quality workmanship and an unwavering commitment to our clients. We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and oversee the successful delivery of our residential construction projects.

Working from our Caringbah office, you'll collaborate closely with our Directors, Design team, Contract Administrators and Site Managers, taking ownership of projects from commencement through to completion.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall delivery of multiple luxury residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the exceptional standards Futureflip is known for.

This role is suited to an experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading teams, solving problems and building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage residential construction projects from commencement through to completion.
- Lead and coordinate Site Managers, Contract Administrators and project consultants.
- Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets and procurement strategies.
- Oversee project financial performance, forecasting and cost control.
- Review and approve procurement recommendations and subcontractor engagements.
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, delays and project challenges.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety and compliance requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the construction process.




- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage project reporting and provide regular updates to the Directors.
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes.

About You

You'll be an experienced construction professional who enjoys taking ownership and leading projects from start to finish.

Ideally, you'll have:

- 7+ years' experience in residential or commercial construction.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Contract Administrator ready to step into a Project Management role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building or a related discipline.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets and financial performance.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong understanding of residential construction methodology and sequencing.
- Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- A current White Card.
- A current driver's licence.
- Experience delivering custom or luxury residential projects will be highly regarded.

$145,000 – $165,000 + Super
