Working closely with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, you'll play an integral role in keeping projects organised, compliant and running smoothly from start to finish.

The Role As the Project Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative and coordination support across multiple construction projects, ensuring documentation, procurement and project processes are completed accurately and on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and teams
- Maintaining project documentation and document control systems
- Coordinating timesheets and workforce administration activities
- Assisting with purchasing, procurement and supplier coordination
- Updating project records, reports and tracking documentation
- Supporting subcontractor onboarding and compliance requirements
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, electricians and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with project communications and general coordination across multiple sites.
About You
- Experience in Project Administration, Construction Administration or a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Solid communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Previous exposure to construction, engineering, trades or infrastructure environments
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team
