JR Richards & Sons is seeking a Workshop Supervisor based at our Rutherford Depot in New South Wales. The role oversees the afternoon shift from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, leading workshop staff and coordinating maintenance and repairs for our heavy vehicle fleet.
You will drive fleet availability, safety and NHVR compliance, mentor apprentices, and liaise with operations, suppliers and contractors to minimise downtime. HR licence preferred and a focus on robust organisation and communication.
