Contracts Specialist – Conveyancing (Max. Term Contract)

As a Contracts Specialist at Levande, you'll manage the legal, financial and administrative processes associated with residents entering and leaving our retirement communities. Working closely with Legal, Finance, Sales and Village Operations, you'll ensure every contract, settlement and resident transaction is completed accurately, compliantly and with exceptional care.

This is a unique opportunity to combine legal administration, financial coordination, stakeholder management and customer service in a role where you'll build specialist expertise while supporting residents through one of life's biggest transitions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the end-to-end contract process for residents entering and exiting Levande communities.
- Preparing resident contracts, exit entitlement estimates, refund calculations and settlement statements.
- Coordinating settlements, payouts and contract lodgements.
- Monitoring resident exit timelines from notice through to final settlement.




- Communicating with residents and their families throughout the contract and settlement process.
- Partnering with Village Managers, Sales, Finance and Legal teams to deliver exceptional resident outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate records while contributing to continuous process improvement.

You'll be successful if you have experience in:

- Property settlements
- Contract administration
- Legal support or paralegal roles
- Property or retirement living administration

You’ll also bring exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, excellent communication skills and a genuine customer‑focused approach.
