ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Junior Project Manager to join the Newcastle team.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced Assistant Project Manager ready to take the next step, or a recently appointed Project Manager looking to join a high-performing national consultancy with genuine long-term career opportunities.

Working closely with Directors and Senior Project Managers, you'll gain exposure across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and procurement through to construction delivery and handover.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in the delivery of projects across education, health, commercial and community infrastructure sectors.
- Manage project programmes, budgets and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
- Support procurement,



tendering and contract administration activities.
- Monitor project performance and identify risks and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams.
- Contribute to successful project outcomes across multiple concurrent projects.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Property, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3+ years' experience in a client-side project management consultancy or related environment.
- Experience delivering building or infrastructure projects within the Australian market.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially astute with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ambitious, driven and eager to develop your career within a high-performing team.
- Full Australian working rights.
