About the Role

Looking for a role that’s more than just data entry? Join a dynamic transport and logistics team where your attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving make a real impact. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Freight 2020, manage transport bookings, create manifests, support warehouse operations, and develop a career in logistics and operations.

This is a Permanent Fulltime role based in our Toowoomba Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and validate transport bookings in Freight 2020.
- Create manifests based on data provided by operations.
- Maintain warehouse movements, stock balances, and inventory checks.




- Generate customer invoices and support operational reporting.
- Collaborate with operations, warehouse staff, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Liaise with other Transport Operations team members across all depots, nationally.

About you

- Motivated and detail oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning new software programs
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate with managers and team members across multiple departments and locations.
- Interested in building a career in logistics, transport, or operations.
- Previous logistics, warehouse, or administrative experience is a bonus; Freight 2020 experience is desirable but not essential - training will be provided.
