What can you expect as a Finance & Accounting Graduate?

This is a 2-year program with 2 x 12-months home base roles and 2-3 micro-experiences per year.

In contrast to rotations, our innovative program offers you 2 x 12-month real jobs. From strategy and enterprise services to finance business partnering roles, these roles provide on-the-job-training, as well as specific technical training, professional and self-leadership skills to support your career in Financial Services.



We also offer a dedicated program within Group Audit for those interested in building deep expertise in internal audit.

To cement your standing as a professional, you are required to undertake your CA or CPA qualification, which is fully fund based on passing grades.

Micro-experiences are short 3-6-week assignments in business areas different to your home location. These experiences allow you to develop and utilise your skills in other areas across the enterprise

Eligibility

- You must be in your final year of study of a university degree, or
- You have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, but it must be no more than three years ago.
- You also need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident when you apply.

You will need to be available to start with us as a permanent employee in February 2027.
