RJE Global is expanding its workforce for the construction of large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), wind farms, and critical resource and power infrastructure projects nationwide. Construction Managers are responsible to coordinate and oversee project works, working closely with the Project Manager to play a key role in the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities

Lead construction and installation activities across multiple disciplines, including managing and providing direction to personnel, subcontractors and site teams.

Manage day-to-day operations, problem solving, decision making, while working with supervisors to determine working priorities.

Forecast and coordinate labour and workforce planning, materials, consumables, and equipment requirements in accordance with project contract programming and budget.

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or delays.

Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with SWMS, project procedures, company policies and legislative requirements.

Ensure all technical documentation, including drawings, specifications and reports are accurate and readily available for on-site use.

Ensure that all project related documentation, records and quality information are accurately maintained throughout project lifecycle to support efficient project handover.

Maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support successful project delivery outcomes.

Trade,



Engineering or Management qualifications, with construction industry experience. Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Disciplined Background.

Drivers Licence

Construction White Card

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing

Demonstrated experience in construction supervision, project coordination or site management

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project scheduling and site operations

Previous experience in mining, industrial, infrastructure or renewable energy projects

Solid leadership, communication and organisational skills

Highly Regarded Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or Cert IV in Construction Management, Project Management or equivalent industry experience

Experience managing multidisciplined teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client relationships on large-scale projects

Knowledge of project cost control, forecasting, budgeting and variations management
