6+ Month Contract | Multiple Projects | Client-Facing Role

We are partnering with a leading engineering organisation to recruit an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering multiple infrastructure projects across a diverse client portfolio.

This role requires a commercially minded Project Manager who can confidently manage technical project delivery while maintaining exceptional client relationships. You'll oversee several projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple MV switchgear projects concurrently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Drive project cost control, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.




- Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and installation activities.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant safety, quality and industry standards.
- Manage variations, scope changes and contractual obligations.

About You:

- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years' experience managing electrical engineering projects.
- Demonstrated experience deliveringMedium Voltage (MV) Switchgearprojects.
- Proven ability to managemultiple projects simultaneouslyin a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional scheduling, time management and project coordination abilities.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience incost control, budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
