Harmony is seeking an experienced Training Advisor to coordinate and enhance training and competency systems for the CSA Mine in Cobar, NSW. This role supports planning, delivery and monitoring of training programs, maintaining records, and ensuring workforce capability meets regulatory needs.

The position is based onsite in Cobar on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Brisbane or Sydney, with local candidates highly regarded.
