Aussie Parks and Gardens Group – Tanawha QLD

We’re currently hiring for a gardener to join our landscape maintenance team for ongoing commercial work across theSunshine Coast region.

Preferred applicants will have:

- Experience with pruning, hedging, weeding, and chemical weed eradication
- Confidence using standard landscaping tools and small machinery
- Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent

- Garden bed maintenance – including weeding, pruning, hedging, and mulching
- Weed spraying and plant health management
- Mowing and brushcutting
- Safe operation and basic maintenance of machinery
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Open car licence (no interlocks or learner permits)
- Reliable transport




- Able to communicate effectively in English to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Physically fit, punctual, reliable and ready to work in all weather
- Ability to follow direction, lead by example and safely contribute to a team environment

Preference given to those with:

- ACDC Certification
- TMI / Traffic Control or other relevant tickets
- Certificate III in Horticulture (or related qualification in landscaping, parks/gardens, or turf management)
- Prior experience in commercial landscaping or council contracts
