Cassaform Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and organised Yard Coordinator to join our team in Brendale, Queensland. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the efficient management of our warehousing and distribution operations.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating the movement and storage of materials, equipment, and products in the yard
loading and unloading of trucks with forklift
Process returns as well as picking and packing orders
Overseeing the safe loading and unloading of trucks and trailers
Maintaining accurate inventory records and identifying any discrepancies
Maintaining fleet, servicing and repairing stock.
Liaising with truck drivers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and collections
Optimizing yard layout and traffic flow to maximize efficiency
Supervising and training yard staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols
Addressing any issues or concerns that arise in a timely and professional manner
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Yard Coordinator or similar role in a warehousing or logistics environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in using inventory management systems and other relevant software
Forklift license and experience operating material handling equipment
Commitment to maintaining a secure and efficient work environment
