About the role

We are seeking a dual role Salon Manager/Senior Stylist on a full time basis. You will balance your time between managing daily operations, mentoring staff, and maintaining your own premium clientele.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Mentor, Coach, and inspire stylists and apprentices to reach their full potential.
- Salon Operations: Oversee daily workflows, and salon presentation.
- Client Excellence: Deliver high-end cutting, colouring, and styling services while maintaining a loyal client base.
- Business Growth: Drive salon KPI's,



manage retail performance and execute local marketing initiatives.
- Financial Management: Monitor daily targets, banking, and point of sale POS software tracking.

Skills & Experience Required

- Qualifications: Certificate III in Hairdressing
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in salon management or a robust assistant manager role.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced skills in modern colouring, cutting, and styling techniques.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, motivate and resolve conflicts within a small team.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with salon software (eg, Shortcuts, Timely, Phorest) is highly regarded.
