Beare Flooring is a family-owned Australian flooring business with a growing network of mobile showrooms across Queensland and New South Wales. Based at our Head Office in Helensvale, we’re looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Receiving and checking incoming flooring deliveries.

- Picking, packing and preparing orders for installers and franchisees.

- Loading and unloading trucks.

- Maintaining accurate stock levels and warehouse organisation.





- Operating a forklift safely and safely handling flooring products.

- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and well presented.

- Assisting with stock takes and inventory management.

- Working closely with management to support the day-to-day operations of the business.

- Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

- Current forklift licence (essential).

- Current Australian driver's licence.

- Previous warehouse experience.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.

- Able to work independently and manage your own workload.

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.

- Positive attitude and solid work ethic.

- Good communication skills.

What We Offer

- Full-time position.

- Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm.

- $65,000 + Super.

- No weekend work.

- Modern Head Office and warehouse based in Helensvale.
