Beach House Manly is opening a full time, on-site Executive Chef role at NSW's iconic Manly beachfront. You will lead the culinary vision, oversee kitchen operations, and mentor a talented brigade to deliver modern Australian cuisine with Japanese influences.
You will be responsible for menu creation, seasonal development, supplier relationships, inventory management, food cost control, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and operational excellence.
