About the Role

As a Leading Hand Electrician, you'll oversee and deliver a range of medium to large commercial construction projects, premium residential builds and electrical service work while leading a team to produce exceptional results.

This is primarily a site-based role across the Greater Brisbane region, with optional service work available for those interested.

You'll play an important role in maintaining our high standards of workmanship,



safety and customer service while mentoring apprentices and junior electricians.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate electrical installations on-site

- Deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard

- Mentor, train and support apprentices and team members

- Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications

- Diagnose faults and carry out maintenance and repairs

- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Complete site documentation, SWMS and risk assessments accurately

- Ensure compliance with all WHS and electrical regulations

- Work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Current Queensland Electrical Licence

- Current Driver Licence

- Construction White Card

- Current CPR/LVR Certificate

- Robust fault-finding and diagnostic skills

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Ability to work independently and lead a team confidently

Desirable

- Experience using Simpro (training provided if required)

- Minimum 1 year's post-trade experience

- Experience across commercial construction, residential or service work

- Communications experience
