Award winning innovative Sydney based Architectural practice urgently require2 Architects, with the ability to grow to be a leader, for their residential, commercial and heritage projects.

Work alongside a friendly experienced team on exciting projects that challenge and inspire with opportunities for continuous professional development.

Appropriate tertiary qualifications necessary.

Minimum 3 years experience in local residential projects.

Prepare Development Applications, Construction Certificates and Complying Development Certificates.

Ability to create detailed construction documentation and specifications, whilst working on more than 1 project at a time, with minimal supervision.

Prior experience in project coordination and managing deadlines an advantage.

Excellent communication skills necessary to enable liaisonwith clients and contractors.

Must be up to date withrelevant Building Codes of Australia and protected design principles.

Advanced Archicad skills mandatory.

This is a permanent position commencing immediately.
