We're looking for a motivated Manufacturing Labourer to join our manufacturing team based in Rocklea, Brisbane.

This is a permanent, full-time chance for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality outcomes and wants to be part of a supportive team. Ideally, you'll have some carpentry experience and enjoy working with tools in a manufacturing environment. What You'll Be Doing

As part of our manufacturing team, you'll help prepare, assemble and finish modular buildings while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the manufacture and assembly of modular buildings.
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assisting with moving materials and building components throughout the factory.




- Supporting the detailing and packing team with final preparations for transport.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
- Working collaboratively with the manufacturing team to meet production schedules.
- Following all WHS policies, procedures and quality standards.
- Undertaking other duties as required.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Previous labouring experience within manufacturing, construction or a similar industry.
- Some carpentry experience, with confidence using hand and power tools.
- A current Construction White Card (essential).
- A current Australian Driver's Licence.
- A solid work ethic with a willingness to learn.
- The ability to work safely both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and reliable attendance.

Nice to Have:

- Test and Tag qualification.
- Working at Heights ticket.
- Experience working with modular or steel-framed buildings.

You'll also be required to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
