Selection Criteria

To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

Do you currently hold Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, relevant post-registration qualification and at least 3 years full time equivalent experience working the clinical area of your qualification?

Give a brief overview of what education training and clinically relevant experience you bring with you to the role?

Can you describe your experience in providing complex, evidence-based nursing care, including how you use critical thinking to deliver safe, compassionate, high-quality, and culturally responsive care? Please include an example that demonstrates how you communicated and collaborated with patients, carers, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to identify and respond to care needs.

Can you provide an example of how you have demonstrated professionalism in the workplace, including building effective working relationships, resolving conflict, and contributing to risk management, work health and safety, and quality improvement initiatives?
