Job Description
We are a private practice providing a holistic approach to client care through paediatric speech pathology, occupational therapy, and psychology across our four clinic locations in Brendale, Eight-Mile Plains, Logan and Upper Coomera.
Grad Program Highlights
- Clinic-based & community role – work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of experienced practitioners.
- Comprehensive induction – a 2‑week induction period, with ongoing training and development for 12 months.
- Manageable caseload – a slow build‑up in caseload, with ongoing support from highly experienced Senior SPs working right alongside you.
- Frequent supervision – weekly 1:1 internal supervision & monthly peer supervision, you will never feel left on your own and will be well supported.
- Professional Development – monthly in‑service professional development from highly experienced seniors.
- Base salary: $80,000.00
- Superannuation: $9,600.00
- PD allowance: up to $3,000.00
- Total package: $93,600.00

Qualifications
- Full Australian work rights.
- Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain.
- Degree in Speech Pathology.
- Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
